Computer Starts itself?

This may seem crazy but its true

I have 2 win2k computers at a remote branch. They claim when they leave the office they shut the computers down, but when returning the next morning. That machines are at the logon screen.

They have also claimed that they turned them off, to test it. And 4 minutes later the computers come right back up.

Anyone have any ideas? Or do you think my branch has a ghost?

This was a freshly new install, win2k by default doesn't put anything in scheduled tasks correct? I never made those changes. But I'll take a gander. Any other ideas?
