WinXP "Filter Keys"
What are these extremely irritating "Filter Keys" popups I get?
I regularly hold down the "shift" key whilst reading something on the screen (I do this habitually) and next minute, I get a Filter Keys popup and then WHAM! it then only lets me type in capital letters. Please help, how do I turn this annoyance off?

Control Panel...Accesibility Options is the location to turn that thing on and off.
The same thing would happen to me when I would absently hit the Shift key over and over...it would bring up the "Sticky Keys" popup. |
