New Browser Windows

When I click on a thread on the homepage it opens a new IE window. But the thing it doesn't open it up to full screen like I like. I tried maxmizing the screen window, closing all IE's by doing File Close and then recreating the problem again. Result, the window continues to open in a size that I don't prefer.

Is this caused by the code or my PC?

This is by design.
Once you have a window open, additional windows will not open maximized. What you can do is drag all the sides of the window to the edges of the screen and then close the window. Your browser will then open to that size when you open additional windows.

Yes and no. That works when I open the browsers; to be a little more specific let's say I open IE and it's a small window, I maximize it and then close it and then every IE window I open after stays maximized. But for pop-up windows like those when we click Forum Threads on the home page always open small. Well like you said it's design, so I will just deal.
