Help on removing a partition?

Ok i wasnt really sure what forum to post this question but i went with this one. I have 2 seperate partitions where im dual booting Windows XP pro and Linux Red Hat 7.2. I never use redhat anymore and i want to uninstall linux/remove its partition so i can add another partition in Windows XP so i have more space to use for installing games and what not. How can i go about doing this? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

To manage partitions I would suggest the tool "Partition Magic" but being that the other partition is Linux with it's OS I'm not sure what is involved.
Can someone add to this?

I am sure a little more info could help. Like did you use a bootloader with Linux or did you use a floppy to boot to Linux?
What partition is XP installed on?

You should be able to go in tothe disk manager and just format the other partiton only if the xp is on the first partiotion,,if it is on the second partion i dont think it would boot for you.

Zaney123, I thought that too, but I think he might have to rebuild the MBR although I'm not sure at this point.

Sorry i use the bootloader that came with redhat linux 7.2....Windows XP is on the c:/ drive and rh linux is on the g:/. The bootloader i have brings up a screen that asks if i want to goto DOS or Redhat linux or i can just pick neither and it will boot up XP by default. hope that helps

Partition Magic will recover the partition(s) for you.
To rid yourself of the boot loader, run fdisk /mbr from a DOS prompt in XP.
