Upgrading BIOS on crappy MOBO, help!!!

Hey Guys, Okay I downloaded an update on my PCCHIPS M920LR, and got the file 920_020627s.ROM

I have no clue what to do from there...
The site gives no help, and I couldnt find anythign good in the forums so Ill just ask straight on.

Do I use AMIFLASH or AWARDFLASH, what do I do with them????

Please help....im not a n00b on computers, just havin troubles with this after many attpempts

When you boot up, if a flash utility is present it will say so at the bottom (AWARDFLASH asks you to hit ALT+F2) ... if you do have it, simply put the .ROM or .BIN on a floppy disk, put it in your system, reboot...and hit the key(s) as instructed...

If not, I suggest you look for a tutorial on how to flash your BIOS from the same site you downloaded the update from.

You also may have a feature in your bios that will enable or disable a bios flash so be sure to read the mobo manual.
