NT4 Startup programs

Hi everyone,
Simple question, how do you disable startup items in NT4? I have never in my life even seen a NT4 system, let alone worked on one and now have to advise one of our offices by phone. Apparently there is no msconfig, and I have been looking for something like administration services / computer managment etc, but the other party say's there is nothing like that in Control panel.
Thanks in advance
Casey.

Programs can start in 1 of the 2 startup folders in the menu, or from the registry in: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\MICROSOFT\WINDOWS\CURRENTVERSION\RUN.

Many other items run as Services and can be disabled in the Services app.

If you approach it from a Windows 2000 standpoint, it's not too hard to figure out. You can run a 3rd party startup monitor on it to help you that works like msconfig - like jv16 power tools.
