Question Win XP Pro...OEM vs. Retail

I'm kinda confused on this..so I'm hoping someone can enlighten me. I will be building my first pc in a short time. On the OS I decided to go with XP Pro because I found it for $132, but this it's the OEM version. The Retail version I found for $299. What's the difference? Which one do you recommend I should get? The system I'm building will be for my personal use at home. (Tired of the 600mhz Athlon in my presario )

OEM is the way to go. The only real difference is no fancy packaging and tech support comes from your vendor, not from MS.
