Pissed Problems with ntdll.dll

I recently installed the WinXP Serv Pack 1 (at least I think I installed it -- theere may have been an interruption). Since then, I have been getting a message that seems to be generated by Norton System Works (NMain.exe) and Outlook 2002 (dw.exe) to the effect that

"Procedure entry point RtllsThreadWithinLoaderCallout could not be found in ntdll.dll"

This message has also come up with reference to the following: Wkscal.exe (I uninstalled Works Calendar which I don't use); Restrui.exe; dwwin.exe;and AcroRd32.exe). All of these afre found in the foldser called "Prefetch".

Windows KB seems to have no articles on point.

I need help.

I'm running on a Dell Dim 8200, 1.6G, with Ethernet NIC to Broadband connection.

I think you need a redirect in your system folder.
Read this:
