Haven't been here for a long time (been offline). I've just installed Outlook as opposed to OE cos I need it for my job. Also at the same time I'm adding another user to my pc. Couldn't figure out how to do it in Outlook so I went into OE and set up 2 identities successfully (disregarding errors like default mail client etc). My problem is that now my dial up connection password will not save, the box is greyed out in the dial up pop up box. How do I get it to save my password/passwords for each user as I'm using the same dial up connection for both? I then need to figure out how to integrate all my settings, mail and address book into outlook so I can get shot of OE. Any help much appreciated

Like I said, I was guessing. The reason I said that is Outlook, not OE, is normally found in a business environment, is not usually allowed to dail-out on it's own. I would imagine that this could be overwritten with admin authorization.
I don't know what OS you're using, and I've only seen XP once, but that XP box even had admin controls on it for who could do what -- and that was on a local box. Was just an idea -- sorry it didn't help you. TwoRails |

Make sure that you have Windows Logon enabled on startup - if not then you will not be able to save your password - this means you must see Microsoft Network in the Network Settings - it isn't enough to see the Dial up and TCP/IP - so if you Open Control Panels Network Icon then you will see - if microsoft network isn't there all you have to do is to install it - when have set your password you can remove it again.
Hpro BTW - TwoRails is right - even Win98 home pc have admin rights. !
