Mysterious File in XP

There is this file called "Program" that keeps showing up in my C:\. When I boot up it shows a message that I should rename it to "Program1" or it could cause problems. Any idea on what it is and how to get rid of it

Also do a spyware check, use Ad-aware.

Yes I've did both. I delete the file and 2 or 3 hours later i'll notice it's back. It started when my computer just restarted on it's own once. I have no idea what it is.

Sounds like a virus . What virus software do you have? Have you loaded any new virus definitions (update or upgrade they may call it). New viruses appear all the time.
I'm speaking from experience here. That last virus that infested my system got in when the virus definitions got old. I saw some strange behavior on my system, downloaded an update and scanned the PC and found one had installed itself. I had to go to the Web site for McAfee and see what the manual cleanup was for it. It kept coming back from some hidden files. Had to go to the Registry and delete several entries from there too.
