finding out which device is suing comport 1

Hi folks !!!

I have a device which is suppose to connect to comport 1, but when I try it cannot find the device. I suspect that there might be a device that is using the IRQ or something on the com 1. My question is where do I go to see if there is any device is already using the com 1 ???

any idias would be appreciated.

Hi shogunL,

Which OS are you using? What device are you trying to install?

Could you give us more information regarding your computer...make, model, ets.
