I want to install Windows 2000 Pro on a computer with a 233 Mhz celeron processer. In the readme on the disk it says the minimum required processor is a Pentium 133 Mhz or higher. The processor on the computer is a celeron not a Pentium, does it matter that it's not a pentium?

No, it doesn't matter. I would recommend you stick all the RAM you can afford in there.
