How can I make stay-on-top windows?
I used to have a homemade program online that would put an extra button in all windows, to make it stay on top of everything else. Unfortunately the data was corrupted in the backup copy after a reformat, and I lost it and the site is gone.
Is there any way that I can make stay on top windows through 3rd party software that u guys know about, a registry change, or an api of some sort if i were to make a program? Thanks all. |

I made this program a few years ago for exactly that purpose, but I ended up adding a few other things to it. Check it out if you want. It's pretty cool I think. If you decide to check it out, don't play around with the numbers in the move window screen. I forgot exactly what they do and crashed my computer changing them
