view source

I have xp home, and I like to code html on my free time. But on IE, I click view, source, and it wont bring up notepad. How can I do this so I can see code?

What is your HTML editor set as? Go to TOOLS > Internet Options > Programs .. make it Notepad and try viewing the source?

Did that, same thing. On web pages that I code in html, the view source works. But it wont work on any other page..

Someone here had the "View Source" button grayed out, he cleared the Temp. Internet files, and the problem was solved.
