WinXP Problem

Hi,

My problem is that when I click in the link of one internet page I can not view it, it tries to open the window and it stays that way. This happens also in outlook and outlook express. I downloaded netscape and this does not happen in nestscape. I also can not update windows xp through windows update, it swows a window that is ready to download, but stays there forever. This happened when I installed WinXP SP1 and I have IE 6.0 SP1 installed also.

Any help appreciated.

Hey

heard some bad stories about XP''s SP1... i'd go ahead and go back and use the system restore to get back before you installed the SP1 for XP... see if that works... if not, go back and use system restore before you installed SP1 for IE 6.0... that would be the simplest and quickest way to check...

Good luck

Thats assuming that he chose to archive the old files before the installation of SP1
