renew password??

once every 30 days or so, i will boot up one of my computers with XP Pro on it and it will say that my password has expired and i need to enter a new one. is there a way to turn this off or make it stop?

also, how do i change who my computer is registered to? in system properties, it says registered to: value customer.

In the computer management console under system tools, local users and groups, users, double click the username you wish to change and make sure you put a check mark in the password never expires box.
