tv out under win xp

hi
i have a buddy who has no internet acess and is running xp on a pentium 2 233 mhz with a geforce 2 400 mx graphical card.
the tv out on this thing won't work, so i'm going overthere tonight with some detonator drivers, cause he still working with windows native drivers.
i am still expecting trouble thoug.
is there annything that could help me help my friend to get his tv- out working?????

he plans to use the tv as his only screen.

Using a TV screen for the PC suxs unless it is for watching DVD movies.
