Can't receive email

I have two email accounts on my computer. I am trying to add a third. I can set up everything exactly like I set up the other two, but this will not let me receive email. It is a new identity, I can send email, but it will not let me receive email. It keeps saying that my password is rejected. I have tried both with and without a password, nothing works. Like I said the two other ones work fine. Why do I keep getting password rejected. I am running WIN98 SE and Outlook Express 6.

have you tried the account on another computer. is the account accessable from your isp or do you need a separate dialup.
