Missing Files...

Hi Gang...
Im here tring to burn a Cd Using Several Progames Like NEro and EZCDC and All i get is that the programs say that I dont have a Blank CD on my Burner...
So I decided to run ASPI installation Verification and it tells me im missing WINASPI.DLL and WOWPOST.EXE...
is there anyway to get these files??

Please help me....

This should fix your problem:

ASPI Drivers

If that doesn't work:

ForceASPI

Thanks for the link but Nero Burning is still complanining for me to put a Blank CD in the burner...and the CD rom is fine in windows Device manager...

What OS are you running?

Have you tried uninstalling Roxio and reinstalling Nero?

EZCD 5 had big problems with W2K.

Im RUnning Win XP...
and I uninstalled both progs...now the funny part is that the cd burner is now reading blank even when I double click on it whne the drive is empty It sees a blank and it wont read regular cd roms...

Can you try it in another PC to see if it reads CD-Roms in that?

If it doesn't, the drive may be faulty.
