Os 98+xp

I am planning on installing a second HD in my desktop since I'm about 900mb from full, and was wondering if I can install Windows XP on the second HD and boot from it, leaving Win 98 on the 1st HD, so if I decide to, I can go back to it. Eventually, I would probably remove one of them. I hope you can understand my question. Thanks.

During the install of XP it will make it available to dual boot as part of the install program. Just direct it to install to the second drive. When the install has completed the computer will display a screen during start-up that will allow you to select the OS you want to run, with XP being the default.
