Problem 1 - DVD-ROM Drive

I bought and installed a new LG Electronics DVD-ROM on my EPOX 8KT3A, AMD 1.3GB PC. It's hooked up as the slave to my CD-RW as Master. I have a 40GB WD hard drive also. Video is provided by a VisionTek Geforce3 Ti 200.

I can view some commercial Disney DVDs (The Rookie; Monsters, Inc.) but that's about all. The Disney movies installed a program called InterActive which works just as good as PowerDVD which came with my video card.

Still, I can't get any other DVDs to work. I've tried the same DVD on another PC and it works fine. Also works fine on my DVD player hooked to the TV.

Is there some kind of codec or something I might be missing?
