Not Responding
I am having trouble when I try to open iexplorer, my computer, winword and some times floppy drive 3.5. When I press alt-ctrl-del it says that it not responding. After ending task and retrying about three times if fine comes up. Anyone know what my problem might be? I am running win98se. Thanks

Welcome to PC Mech. How long has this problem been happening? Did you download and install anything specific right before this started? Have you scanned for viruses, spyware and trojans. Have you run Scandisk and Defrag? How long has Win98 been installed on your computer without a format and re-install? Windows will degrade over time and will get very unstable. Is wiping the hard drive and re-installing Win98 clean an option for you?  Cricket
