task manager has no menu

I think this is an easy question but for the life of me I can't figure it out.

When I open my xp task manager (ctrl+alt+delete) it opens up without the menu tabs on the top (file, options, view ect). There's no min, max or exit buttons on the upper right either.

It does have the buttons at the bottom (end task, new task, switch to) but doesn't have the very bottom (# of processes running ect).

How do I get it back to a normal window please.

Here's a pic of it too.

I just noticed that with my system and Task Manager; followed the link to MicroShaft and the problem is resolved. Thanks to all, and the "search" capability of this board is excellent.
