User Logon Problem

Ok, here's the jist of what's goin on. I brought my comp to my high school for some good ol' fashion fun. Well, I borrowed a TV tuner from a teacher of mine to rip a video from a camera of a paintball match myself and a bunch of friends went to. The TV tuner was an ATI AIW TV Tuner. I installed the card, and starting ripping with the software that came with the software on ATI's website. I ripped the video successfully (after a few tries and getting some weird happenings), then I pulled the TV tuner card out and attempted to uninstall the TV tuner software. I thought I successfully did uninstalled it but when I restarted I got the crazy BSOD that XP has. I started up in safe mode and tried running Defrag just in case to see if that would help (that's after a few attempts of starting the comp up and having it lock up or get the BSOD). Now my comp seems to be working except that when I log on to my default user (Ryan), it logs me on but thinks I'm a new user. My settings seem to have dissappeared. But when I checked the location of "My Favorites," I got a TEMP user (C:\Documents and Settings\TEMP\Favorites) and it's the same for every other Start Menu option, which leads me to believe that it's trying to load into this user and not the real one (Ryan). Ryan is still there but it's just not loading into it. Please help me if you have any suggestions.

BTW: When I log on, I get some funky error saying:
Advanced INF Install
