Virtual and Page File Memory

Hi friends,

I just wanted to know a little more about the memory information
tool that I am using.

The information I get is :

Total Physical Memory - 127 MB
Available Physical Memory - 8.9 MB
Total Page File Memory - 303 MB
Available Page File Memory - 113 MB
Total Virtual Memory - 1.99 GB
Available Virtual Memory - 1.84 GB
Memory Load - 93%

I don't understand how the memory load works to 93% and also I don't understand the diiference between "Virtual Memory" and "Page File Memory"

Thanks a lot
