About a week ago, Norton popped up saying that there were files infected with the "BugBear" virus. I went to nortons website, downloaded the removal tool, unplugged the computer from the network, ran the tool, and it didn't find anything. Since then, everything seemed to be ok, except when I print on my lazerjet, random characters come out on the bottom. If I print on my epson, it doesn't happen. Norton said that the virus would do this- but I can't find the virus anywhere on my PC!
Anyone know how I can fix my printer? I tried reinstalling it a few times, didn't work. The computer is running Windows 98 (its a compaq) with a Brother printer. |
