AOL dial-up in XP

I presume the AOL dial-up in WinXP with the 'DO NOT REMOVE THIS, IT IS VERY IMPORTANT SO WE CAN SELL YOU LOTS OF CRAP' label can be removed with no ill effects ?

TIA

Didn't see that when I bought XP, but I do know people who have tried to remove AOL and ended up reloading Windows, but they actually had an AOL account and left AOL and then tried to remove the AOL software. I assume you are just talking about the built in AOL dial up that must be on your version of XP. I would think you can remove it and I know I would remove it!
