private folders

Must be one of those days that I cant figure out anything.
I started playing around with making a folder "private".
Rght clk-sharing,security- To make this folder private....check this box. Well, the box is greyed out. I am the admin. So what am I missing?

I think you have to have more than one user on that PC for make private to be an option!

There is more then one user. I have been on a learning kick with the user/group in XP. I learned on NT4. But its been quit a while.
I am also trying to find permissions etc...
Tryin to set different limits on different users/groups. When I came across the private folder option. That I can not get to work!

Does the file system (FAT32... have anything to do with it? I have been in help, but it doesnt help.

In order to have security you have to use NTFS as FAT32 has no security.
