Enable Javascript in browser, may cure the problem.
(Java is disabled by default in Explorer)

I've got JS enabled...

Strangely, this isn't added to all pages, only some here and there and i'm not sure what triggers it. All i'm certain of it that it isn't on the original page.

I'm using IE6 +XP Home SP1.
Anyone else have something like this?

Didn't find any spyware or virus when i checked so i don't know what it's to do with.

Boom Fixed Same javascript problem!

I've been having the same problem sounds like no one seems to have a specific answer to this growing dilema, but I'm convinced the leading suspect Javascript was apparently involved with Flash/Shockwave being screwed up,too (since I was no longer able to view animations or play games online) - So then I went to Macromedia.com & reinstalled the latest Flash & Shockwave Reading Forums there I learned Javascript is commonly used in Flash-Shockwave programming! -
- I recall having simliar trouble at least once B4 while running earlier versions of IE, but forgot how it was fixed , it was possibly uninstalling IE & Windows & reinstalling both but I never resort to FDISK to solve a software problem....(but for that one time I tried XP) Maybe there's a fix by necessary means.since everythings working good except for this javascript thing?
.
I'm not %100 sure yet but I think I fixed a major portion - Here's what I've done so far -
1st thing turn on (enable) Java logging along with MSVirtual Machine (Internet options\Advanced tab) this logs java errors in the Javalog.txt found in Windows\Java dir - if u can still browse - go to these 2 sites- www.Browsertune.com & BrowserSpy
[B]http://www.gemal.dk/browserspy
Run the tests & detect to see what could be missing or not functioning - (mine detected YES under java objects on everything except for layer support)
I don't understand what alot of the results mean either - Bookmarking both these sites will become useful as you progress ... One more thing there's a new VBSCRIPT update for Win98 on Microsofts site - "vba56men.exe" you should download & install if you haven't already - Also if wondering if you've got the latest version of Virtual Machine (5.00.3805) installed? It's rumoured it's not incuded in IE6,but it was in my installation. Good to keep a copy the latest build of VM itself. Type Jview in Dosprompt & the VM version # should be displayed at the end of the top text .This program will show you java class versions installed.- JMVIEW (Java Manager Viewer) also on Microsoft, After each reboot & testing the browser remember keep looking at the javalog.txt file (until problems go away)
I'm pretty much back to normal again - I can search,submit forms,play games,see movies,.....Hope it helps U....
