Windows 2000 question
Hi,
Sometimes when I install or run a program, a window appears saying "16 bit windows subsystem c:\winnt\system32\config.nt The system file is not suited for running MSDOS and Microsoft Windows applications. Choose 'close' to terminate the application". Sometimes if I resinstall Windows 2000 the problem is resolved, but I want to know if there is a registry key that can be modified to prevent this. Thanks.

Hi,
No, they are Windows programs, some of them are about a year or more old. It seems that when a program tries to modify the config.nt this message appears everytime. |
