Angry Daily crash at same time by same error

Every morning after i wake up from sleeping, i come to see my computer is restarted at the windows2k login screen. I was told by someone else to check event viewer for errors and all i can come up with is that: The NTPort Library Driver service failed to start due to the following error:
The system cannot find the file specified.

Whatever that means....Ive been running solid since i built my comp (almost a year now) and no major changes. you can see a full screenshot of the error here alone with another error that happens at the same time that i dont think is related: http://www.bigheadology.com/images/error_one.jpg and http://www.bigheadology.com/images/error_two.jpg

Found this on google groups:

Run regedt32 and navigate to
HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\NTPort
and looking at the expand-string in the "ImagePath" value, and using Explorer|Search see if you can
find the file and correct the path string. If the correct path contains spaces in the dir/file name,
you may need to enclose the entire path string in "quotes"

The "ImagePath" may also lead you to what application installed the driver. Also check Device
Manager for non-starting devices.

What is your D: drive?? I know on my win2000 laptop even when it goes into power saver mode, and I return and wake it up, I have to put my password back in to the login box to get back to my desktop! I would suspect a scheduled task on yours could be causing the nightly shutdown!

well i have no daily tasks in "Schedualed Tasks" and my D: is purely storage for things ive downloaded. the only program accessing it is Invision (a mirc client) but thats to save files, not like it needs to write temp info there. And even then its got 4.5 gigs of 100 free
