Unable to load drivers

After installing an ATI tv wonder card in my W2K machine, i get two "unable to load device driver" error messages at bootup. The two drivers are: dxapi.sys and 3dfxv3tv.sys
I used to have a Voodoo3 3500 video card in this PC, so i thought for some reason there were still traces of the 3dfx drivers in my registry coming back to haunt me! So i used the latest version of Registry Cleaner to clean up everything but i still get the errors when i reboot. The tv card works without loading these 2 drivers, but i want to get rid of the error messages. I found both files in my c:\windows\system32\drivers folder so how do i make 'em load up?

Reload the drivers.
Go into Device mangler, select the device, properties, driver tab, update driver. Browse to wherever the drivers are, on Cd or downloaded ones.
