Internet Explorer 6 Problem with images.
Just surfing the web this problem is apparent. Sometimes images will not load, just displays a squre with a red X on them. If I right click the X and click show picture it then shows up.
It's a really annoying problem when some pictures don't load and other load. Anyone else experiencing this problem or know how to resolve it? Thanks |

if you are running any ad removel software or do not have the latest direct-x installed it could be causeing it

I am running an pop up remover? But I doubt it has any effect on the pics associated in IE browser. I have the most recent version of Dx too.

Another cock-up by microsoft......
Hi,
I have this problem too. I've taken a look at all the privacy settings but nothing changes. About 3 images load on the page then all the others display a small red x. Any ideas? I have Norton Antivirus 2002, Win XP with SP1 plus hotfixes and IE6 with SP1. The problem only seemed to have occured when I installed the service pack for IE6. Thanks. |

Try uninstalling then reinstalling IE6 (with the SP).

mine still does it after loading sp1......but not on all pages..
