Driver troubles
Hello. I have a dell dimension 8100 with a 1.4ghz ptm. 4 processor, with 256mb of memory, a 80 gig harddrive, and a 64MB Geforce 3 graphic card.running windows ME.
Recently i reformatted my harddrive and installed windows 98 instead of windows ME. Now here comes the trouble.......I lost my dell dimension resource cd that has my drivers on it. Could someone please tell me what drivers i need and where i can get them? THANKS alot, David |

Try www.driverguide.com I just installed a ISA sound card in a old PC and found the drivers for it there.

If you are up and running, click Start, settings, control panel, system, hardware. Anything that has yellow mark probably needs a driver. Anything that isn't functioning properly probably needs a updated driver.
