opening attachments...
when I receive mail with a pic attachment I am not able to open from clicking the paper clip. I am running win98se and have office 2000. What can I do to change this. I am currently running IE 6

I'm assuming that you're using outlook. If you are, then in the email, there should be a link at the bottom of the message to the attachment. Try that.
By the way, is your problem occurring with one email or several different ones?
