Alright! I need help with formating and partitioning

I installed XP on my new build and it worked perfectly but I had to go messing around and screw it up. I tired to reinstall it but my partitions are all whacked out. I have two 80GB drives the second of which was already formatted from the first install. How do I delete all partitions on drive one and then reinstall XP so that the system drive comes in as the C drive (10GB). Right now it is F and my second hard drive comes in as C.

I suck at this. I was more worried about loading the software than I was the building the computer. I ran into this exact same thing when installing 2000 onto my current machine. It took me three freakin' days to figure it out then. You think I would have remembered.

Thanks,
Frustrated Ed

Boot to the XP cd and install. You will have the option to remove, recreate and format partitions with the XP install routine.

Thank you.

That was too easy and I completly overlooked the options the second time around. I can't believe I got it right the first time and then screwed it up the second time. That's what I get for trying to rush things. Third times a charm.

Thanks again.
