I'm not familar with that board, but a dual boot of 2K and XP should be no problem, just to keep it simple install 2K first then XP and you should be fine.

It will depend on what will be installed on each OS, but I would go with 5 gig for 2K and between 10-15 gig for XP as it has a greater need for space. Then leave the rest of HDD space for backups, apps, mp3's and such.

I am running just what you asked about [xp pro and win2k pro] on an Epox 8K5A2+ with an Ati 9000 pro video card and AMD 1900+. It is so stable that I have not been able to make it crash. I cannot say enough good things about Epox boards.
You will need to install each os into its own partition. You will need to install apps twice; once under each os. It is ok to install the apps to the same folder i.e. install office twice into E:\MSoffice.
I like to keep everything separate so I use two separate installations of everything. It’s not very efficient, however if one messes up I still have the other app.
Do install win2k first [unlike me who had to do a repair of xp] it makes things easier.
