XP to straight login??

Can I make XP log straight in to my accout?

I did have it with multiple users on XP home, but now I have reinstalled XP, but upgraded to Pro, and just for a change, decided to just go with the one account, as most of the time my account just gets used for everything anyway because I am always logged on

Anyway, i want it to just log straight on a-la windows 98 instead of showing the log on screen in, what i have found, its various guises.

Is there a way for me to do this?

Ta

Download TweakUI for XP. It has an option to log you in immediately.

Go to Control Panel, User Accounts.
Disable or remove all accounts except yours (keep the guest one, but disable it).
Click on "change the way users log on and off", and select "Use the welcome screen".
Next click on Account management, then your account, and remove the password (obviously not needed any more).
You should now be able to turn the comp on and get right to your desktop.
