wiping a drive

Ihave xp on two drives ( by misatake) which means i have to chose one at start up. So I want to remove one and completely clean that drive - how can I do this.

From Disk mangement you can format it and start over.

What exactly is Disk Management? Where do I find it?

It's in Control Panel > Admin Tools > Computer Management.
Or you can right click that drive and select format.

Control Panel, administrative tools, Computer management, disk management, right click on whatever you want.
