Windows 2000 Pro Max Ram

I just upgraded my OS to win2k, I'm having some trouble with the installation of the RAM. I have a 512 stick in there but when I added two 128 sticks, it goes up to memory test but it won't go past that point. Any suggestions?

Try checking the motherboard website and see about the max ram spec. Not all boards can handle that much ram...
