Have you gone to BIOS and set your Hard drive (or IDE device) as the first boot device?

Did you install it on a partition that is not active?

Hi refcol2002,
Is your hard drive recognized by the BIOS correctly? Check your drive jumpers to make sure they're set properly for the type of IDE cable you're using. If you're using the older style 40 wire IDE cable, set the drive jumpers to master or slave. If you're using the newer 80 wire IDE cables, set the drive jumpers to CS (cable select). Did you do a clean install of WinXP Pro or did you upgrade from a previous OS? Cricket
