Question Dual-Boot with Win 98se and Win2k

Hi, I am running Windows 98 se dual booted with Windows 2000. I never use Windows 2000 and was wondering if there is a way to get rid of Windows 2000 without having to reformat the hd. Thanks, Jeff

I wouldnt mess with it, it can probably be done, but I think you would be playing with fire. If win2k was on a different partition that would be different.

Edit the boot.ini file to take out the line that includes win2000.
Make the default boot your Win98.
Delete the c:\winnt folder, and all sub folders.
