Cool Backing up OE6

Is there a easy way that actually backs up your address book and mail in Outlook Express 6 that can in turn be restored to another PC running OE6? I'm trying to back up my mail and address book on my XP PC running OE6 and put it on my wife's PC running WIN98 FE and OE6. Address book has export function that I used and burnt file to CD but am unable to import in on the WIN98 PC.

Export it as a comma delineated text file, and import it as such, much easier, or simply copy wab.exe to a floppy and move it.
