Enlarging windows

Every once in awhile I will get a window that I can't enlarge. It is obvious that the window has to get bigger but i can't enlarge it. I can't stretch the sides and the maximize is grayed out. What do I do??

I just voted in a poll and went to see the results and a small window opened and I can't see the results and can't enlarge it.

How dumb am I???

Hi TEEB,

Not all windows can be enlarged!! Where is this poll, so others can see if they can enlarge it or not...??

Ya, that's a non-enlarging window. Notice that the Maximize square is greyed out.

I cut and pasted it into Notepad. The only thing you can't see is the total number of votes. It is just bad web design.

Its probably not coded in the resolutions that you use
if you look at the link -
Quote:
javascript: openWindow('http://www.coachesclub.net/wjhc_poll/poll.asp','latest','width=250,height=250,scrollbars=no')
means that absolute sizes have been set - of 250 x 250 pixels.

By the way it works quite fine on my computer.
