Question Default photo viewer

I use Compupic to view all my family pictures. All of the sudden MS Photo Editor has become the default viewer. I changed the settings in folder options - view types but still it uses MS. Any idea on how to change this? Thanks

right click a pic and then if you have the option OPEN WITH then choose the option CHOOSE PROGRAM and check the box that says ALWAYS USE THE SELECTED PROGRAM TO OPEN THIS KIND OF FILE then choose the program you wish to use to open the pic with....

if you do not have the OPEN WITH option then just reinstall the photo program you want to open the pic with....

Good suggestion.
You can also change what programs are used to open file types by the following:

Control panel / folder options / file types.

Did those - did not work. MS has taken control of my system! I will reinstall Compupic.
