c:/program??

I restarted my computer yesterday and got a error message saying something like: "There is a folder or file on your computer named Program which could cause problems with other applications. Would you like to rename it to Program1?" In this case it is a file, only 1k, and I have never seen it before yesterday, so I delete it. This file makes it so Norton Auto-Protect wont be enabled when i start(i have to right click and enable). The only thing I installed yesterday was ICQ. Could that have something to do with it?

thanks ^dan

Open Norton anti virus then at the top choose options and make sure Enable Auto Protect (RECOMENDED) is checked marked....

Hi GSXdan,

I have NAV 2002 and I'm not aware of any file called Program which is necessary for NAV to run.

Have you tried a full up to date virus scan? A virus may have disabled some NAV functions.

Try NAV autoupdate to see if it's working.
