Does ME have CD ripping ability
I know XP does, all I have to do is start windows media player, and it has a tab for letting me copy tracks from CD, but I dont think I saw it on my friends ME windows media player and I want know if there is anyway I can do that on me...is there a quality cd ripping freeware out there?

hello avx487, do a search for cd ripper or look on znet or tucows.com and see what they got. yea xp is the bomb, much better than me c-ya slinger

all you will need to do is download and install tweakui from M$. put the cd in your cdrom and open the drive from my computer(open, not play). then select which tracks you want by highlighting them (you may have to do this more than once to get all of what you want). next go to the file menu, and click on send to\any folder and send them to a folder of your choice.
