custom notifications

Is there a way to clean out the items in the custom notifications window?
I mean after you open it to customize it. There is junk in there that has been off my PC for a long time.

thanks

Thanks, that worked. Though I wonder if there is not an order to go in when deleting the value's from the two streams?
I went in the order as it was written in the article, but when I tried to del. the second stream (pasticonstreams) , it would not let me. So I exported it, did the mod. and imported it back. Maybe had I done the past first....
Any way, thanks, ity worked.
I also learned recently here about backing up the reg with system state back up. I used to just export the whole thing, but I trust this more and you also get the sys files etc...
thanks
