Authentication
I have a Media Station on my Network that use's WinXP that for some reason can't authenticate to the PDC? I have to take the PC off the domain and then re add it and it works ok for a while. Is this common with XP? Is there a quick fix as i am getting frustrated...Thanks in advance

Do you have the correct DNS settings on the XP box.

Yes everything is set...It works fine for about a week or so and then poof it can't authenticate...I have to take it off the domain and then add it back...??????????????? I just want to know why it decides to not see the network.

is the server a nt 4.0 machine or win2000?
