How do I delete this?
I have a file that I was downloading somewhere and I stopped it in the middle of it and now it wont delete. It keeps saying its being used by another program and please close that program before I can delete it. I know for sure its not being used by anything else though. Its an incomplete avi. Is there a way I can dump this thing?

If that doesn't work, boot up in "Safe Mode" and try and delete.

Rebot the computer and disable all programs in the lower right box and wait for about 1 minute then try to delete the file.
